Welcome to stajic.de (the “Website”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, features, accounts, newsletters, comments, purchases, affiliate links, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany.
21) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.
