Welcome to stajic.de (the “Website”). If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.
